Announcement of New Plant & Equipment
We are excited to announce the acquisition of brand-new cutting-edge plant and equipment at BlueLine Drains. We have always been committed to providing our valued clients with cutting-edge solutions and enhancing our services to meet their evolving needs. In line with this commitment, we are thrilled to announce the acquisition of state-of-the-art plant and equipment that will enable us to further elevate the quality and efficiency of our work, while also reducing the overall cost for some of these services.
2023 Volvo Capellotto 2600-CL Combination Truck
We identified last year that our Jetting & Suction capabilities were no longer competitive, in terms of capability, efficiency and cost, in the current market. While our existing trucks were highly regarded in the industry when we purchased them five years ago, and they have served us and our clients well throughout, they have quickly become redundant due to the introduction of new state-of-the-art combination trucks. We are thrilled to announce that we have purchased one of these units, and after being on order for an extended period, this was received by our team this week.
These combination trucks boast increased capabilities and efficiency, while also reducing the overall cost to the end user by essentially combining three trucks – Jetting, Suction and Hydro Excavation – into one impressive highly advanced unit.
This unit comes fully kitted out with top-of-the-line KEG Jetting & Hydro Excavation Heads. In addition to what comes standard with the unit, we have upgraded the NDD (Non-Destructive Digging) pump and purchased additional specialised KEG Jetting Heads.
2023 IPEK CCTV System
We identified that the Pearpoint CCTV System purchased in 2020 severely lacks in technology and efficiency compared to the IPEK CCTV System that was purchased and deployed in June 2021.
As a result of this and to ensure ongoing consistency and high-quality outputs for our valued clients, we have purchased a brand new state-of-the-art IPEK CCTV System. This system is nearly identical to our current unit, but in addition, we have purchased larger light heads for both systems to improve lighting in larger diameter pipes, as well as an IPEK Float Device to allow CCTV of flooded pipelines.
This newly acquired equipment encompasses advanced capabilities that boasts the latest technological advancements in the industry. The equipment is renowned for it’s superior performance, accuracy, and versatility, and have already gained widespread recognition for their exceptional results.
These additions will significantly enhance our ability to deliver top-notch solutions while maintaining our commitment to exceeding client expectations.
